We Christians are down here on Earth together, seeds in the same dirt but planted on the paths of different journeys. ​We believe God is with us, fighting for us, the Holy Spirit is with us, advocating for us and guiding us, we believe Jesus ​gave us the word and is the light. Our challenges are all different, but our desire is the same…. to grow closer to Christ, ​while blooming and sharing the beauty of a relationship with the Trinity to those who do not know.

This is not a Bible study or a self-help site. This IS a resource for Christians trying to bloom where they are planted.

We are human first and we become Christian. How do we manage our ‘human-ness’ as we strive to grow closer to Christ ​and bloom in our circumstance? Like a sunflower searching for the sun, how do we find God on our journey? How do we ​grow closer to God in soil we think isn’t fertile, like a wildflower on the side of the road? How do we bloom and show the ​beauty of a relationship with the Trinity even in unlikely places, like a flower in the crack of a sidewalk?

We need to connect our roots. To remind and support each other when we forget how to find the Son, or how to grow in ​adverse and stormy seasons or simply to bloom because we are children of a God who loves us beyond comprehension.

My prayer is for this site to be a place for you to find connection with others, scripture that replenishes your soil and ​songs that give you the energy and motivation to bloom, even on a cloudy day.
